True North Circle
About

Healthcare runs on information.

Every clinical decision, quality indicator, funding model, research project and policy decision depends on information being captured and transformed correctly. True North Circle was created to help healthcare organizations understand and improve the processes responsible for that information.

Our perspective

Data quality is rarely created by one department.

It is the combined result of people, process, technology and governance working — or failing to work — together.

Our approach

We work collaboratively with the people performing the work.

The goal is not simply to identify problems from outside the organization. It is to understand why they occur and develop improvements that can work in the real environment.

She previously served as both the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA) Board Chair and the Ontario Chapter Chair.
